We recently updated the federal student loan sync feature within IonManage.
You need to log in and link your loan information using your servicer’s account information.We are no longer supporting FSA ID for loading loan information.
Once connected through your servicer(s), we will automatically sync your loans weekly to keep information up-to-date.
