The National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS) contains information about your federal student loans, including loan status. We use this information, with your consent, to determine if your loans are in default. Information within NSLDS may be incorrect or dated. If your loans are not in default at the time of purchase despite being displayed by IonTuition as being so, we will issue a refund upon request. Refund requests made after you have engaged our premium advisory services are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase and should be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org or via telephone at 1-855-456-2656.
