Millennials Report High Levels of Financial Stress

To better assess the need for financial wellness benefits in the workplace, we surveyed 1,000 employees who graduated or attended college and asked them about their financial stress.

  • 80% of respondents reported being distracted by personal financial concerns while at work. 
  • 2 out of 5 employees earning over $50,000 reported worrying about personal finances for 10 to 12 hours per week while on the job. 

There is a need for better financial wellness benefits.
