The Biden administration’s student loan forgiveness deal can continue to move forward.

The 7th Circuit Court of Appeals on Wednesday rejected an emergency injunction filed by the Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty, a conservative public interest law firm, to stop the one-time student loan forgiveness of up to $20,000.

“It is ordered that the motion for an injunction pending appeal is denied,” the judges wrote:
